How Hitler Brainwashed Millions of People | Rise of Adolf Hitler

Today is the 132nd anniversary of Hitler's birth. Come on, let's find out these things in today's video. Another interesting story I would like to tell you is Albert Einstein. The most famous scientist in the world and how Hitler treated him. Come on, let's find out. The Greek philosopher Aristotle said that there are basically 3 techniques to persuade people. Ethos, Logos and Pathos. Today, these are also taught in MBA courses in advertising. example of toothpaste. Suppose I have to sell you this toothpaste. Ethos means I will assert my authority. To express it. I will tell you to buy this toothpaste because 90% of dentists confirm that it is good. So you should buy it. Logos means I will use logic to build my argument. Buy this toothpaste because it contains fluoride.

And fluoride helps fight cavities in your teeth. And finally, Pathos means I will convince you with emotion. ingredients are made locally. Since the ingredients are sourced from your country, you will feel proud to use this toothpaste. This is why you should buy this toothpaste. The thing is, friends, when you sell products like Paan Masala, there are no logical arguments why people should buy it. So advertising companies often use pathos or emotion to sell products like Paan Masala. The world will fall at your feet when you use this product. Show that you are patriots. (Zoom in on slogans.) Slogans that make you feel proud and happy. Talking about politics my friends, a dictator is like the Paan Masala of politics. If the common man thinks logically and votes according to the data, he will never vote for a dictator. This is why a Dictator must rely on pathos or emotion to get people to vote for him. If you love your country, vote for me. If you respect your soldiers, vote for me. Many people are convinced of these emotional manifestations. But when a logical person hears them, he asks; why should people vote for him because they respect soldiers? Mere use of pathos and emotion is not enough to make someone a dictator. If one really wants to become a dictator, one must completely eradicate logic. This is what Hitler did. On May 10, 1933, Nazi Party officials burned more than 25,000 books. They called the books "un-German" or anti-national.

They have tried to ban several books before. In Hitler's Germany, there used to be fireside events where books were burned. Which books were they? Books of almost all types. It had Marxist literature, books on psychology, liberalism and democracy, books written by Jews, foreigners, books on art, theater, psychology, almost every kind of book that the Nazi party believed went against their party and the dictatorship was burned. Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels justified this by saying that "The future German man will not only be a man of books, but of character." Currently, such articles were published that sought to completely demoralize logic. Like “pure reason was too human and dangerous and contrary to nature when applied to real life.” “Blood and race lead men to the power of nature.” Pseudoscience was also very prevalent. research papers were published stating that the Germans were of a superior race. That their blood was pure and the other human races were in the subhuman category. Inferior than them. A so-called inventor in Austria once saw the moon and thought the moon might be made of ice because it looked white. So he said that the entire universe including all the other planets must be made of ice. He published his theory called "Worl Ice Theory".

It even sounds so logically incorrect. People like Hitler promoted this theory that the world outside of Earth was made of ice. The Nazi government also awarded an honorary doctorate to this so-called inventor. In this situation, all intellectuals in the country: historians, professors and scientists, were oppressed. Universities and colleges are the only places in the country where the logic is hotly debated. Universities were strictly controlled by the Nazi party. To the extent that senior university professors at all the leading universities were appointed Nazi Party officials. And the subjects taught at universities were also strictly limited to support Nazi ideology. If it was not followed, university professors were dismissed. In such cases, there were very few people who were brave enough to speak up because their own jobs were at stake. One rare example was the world's most famous scientist, Albert Einstein. Einstein always openly and publicly criticized Hitler's party. After Hitler came to power, he decided to resign from his job in protest. He was at the Prussian Academy of Sciences in Berlin. the job. And he even said he wanted to leave the country. Not only that, but he also said he wanted to renounce his German citizenship. That he does not want to remain a citizen of a country where equality did not apply. During this time, the puppet media in Germany, bought by Hitler, relentlessly smeared Einstein. There were unsubstantiated reports against him.

And there were cartoons with a nose like a Jew. You already know how the Jews were vilified and criticized in Nazi Germany. Not only that, Nazi party officials in Berlin burned Einstein's scientific research papers. Some newspapers also claimed that Einstein conspired against the country with the communists. Albert Einstein had become the country's public enemy number one. Like he was the biggest traitor at the time. Nazi Propaganda Minister Goebbels printed a photograph of Einstein with the title "Not yet hung". there was a threat to his life. That's why he left Germany and went to Belgium. There he received protection from the Belgian royal family against threats to his life. On August 30, 1933, Einstein's friend, the philosopher Theodor Lessing, was murdered by Nazi extremists. And the people who murdered him were praised in Germany. They were immediately and immensely honored for their deed. Immediately afterward, the paper asked if Einstein was next. .Einstein had to leave Belgium and seek refuge in England. He took refuge in the countryside.

There were English bodyguards with him 24x7. In case a Nazi spy arrived in England to kill him. But luckily that didn't happen. And Einstein wrote his Unified Field Theory in an unknown rural village of England. Which we are studying today. But we'll talk about that story some other time. Another famous technique of Hitler's was to create fear among the Germans. To create a false enemy of the country that didn't even exist. But to use it as a base to terrorize citizens. And to portray himself as a hero who will save the country from these non-existent enemies. In this case, the false enemies were the Jews. What Inspirational theories arose and dubious reports were circulated that showed that the Jews were responsible for Germany's defeat in World War I. How the Jews were the internal enemies of the land who were destroying the land. Such propaganda posters were printed showing how the Jews were responsible for Germany losing the First World War and the economy collapsing. Of course, this was not true, because there were 1000 Jews in the German army. Of these, more than 12,000 were martyred in the war.

When the Nazi party talked about socialism, the Jews were accused of capitalism. That the Jews were usurers who hoarded all the money among themselves. But in later years, when the Nazi party started taking funding from corporations, started practicing crony capitalism themselves, then the Jews were accused of communism. Jews were blamed for capitalism, communism, for losing the war and also for the collapse of the economy. You would ask; why did the citizens of Germany believe it? There are two main reasons for this. The first was that all the media were completely in Hitler's hands. The media showed the same news. Citizens had no other source of news, so they believed The second reason is that unemployment was high, the economy was low, and poverty was increasing, so people began to believe these things.

Hitler's next strategy was to portray himself as a Messiah who would be the savior who would save the country. A biography of Hitler was written in 1923. In the biography, Hitler was compared to Jesus Christ. That he was the man who would save Germany. It was later discovered that this biography was written by Hitler himself. He compared himself to Jesus Christ. However, he used his friend's name when publishing the book. Later it turned out that Hitler was praising himself. Two years later, Hitler wrote his autobiography, Mein Kampf. The book contained many outright lies. He claimed that he came from a poor family and had to do manual labor, but later it was revealed that it was all a lie and he had never done any manual labor in his life. Obviously, the media also portrayed him as a messiah. Elections in the 1930s, the ballots did not have the name of the Nazi party, the term "Hitler's Movement" was written on them. He wrote his name where the party name should have been. Now the question arises whether the media would have to be purchased, the funds wo Where did these funds come from?

This is only half true, my friends, because the media can be pressured and intimidated, journalists can be jailed to buy the media. Still, there are people who are only looking for money. Hitler was used to raise funds by large companies. All the renowned German companies you know today, Volkswagen, BMV, Kodak, Siemens, Nestlé, Fanta, Ford and all these companies financed Hitler. A few years ago it was reported that due to public pressure, these companies paid compensation to Jewish families who escaped the Hitler era and survived to this day. As you know friends, even in India many people were inspired by Hitler. One name that is coming to the fore is Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. the concept of a pure German race based on ethnicity in Nazism, Savarkar used the word Hindutva to talk about a pure Indian race based on ethnicity. According to him, Hindutva was a political ideology. Where Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains were included and Muslims and Christians were outsiders. Jews were compared to Muslims in India.

Today, many people use the words Hinduism and Hindutva interchangeably. But if you talk about Hindutva which was used by Savarkar, a political ideology, then there is a big difference between Hinduism and Hindutva. Hinduism is an ideology that believes in the motto that the whole world is a family. Internationalism. On the other hand, the ideology of Hindutva portrays superiority. That some people are superior and others inferior. Some in the circle and other outsiders who are below them. Like Savarkar, there were some Muslims who portrayed superiority in their ideologies. Like Chaudhry Rahmat Ali who wanted a separate country for Muslims. He believed that Muslims were superior to others. Such ideologies have been repeatedly seen throughout history. Another example from India is Golwalkar.

He openly expressed his appreciation for the Nazi ideology. This ideology is not limited Iran's dictators portrayed Western countries as inferior to them. There were people in Pakistan who depicted the Ahmadiya minority as inferior to themselves. These are seen repeatedly over time. Savarkar's ideology is so brutal that he criticized Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on how to capture women from the enemy camp and treat them with respect. He wanted rape to be used as a political tool. Another interesting fact about Savarkar is that a book "Life of Advocate Savarkar" is written about him. It was written by a person named Chitragupta. Savarkar was heavily praised in this book. In 1987, when this book was republished, the publisher revealed that Chitragupta was none other than Savarkar himself.

It is the same as what Hitler did. When you see and understand all this, you have to remember one solution. Think logically and let logic prevail over pathos, feelings, emotions. As Dr. Ambedkar said. Do not become blind followers of any p artist or any politician.
